The new owners of The Bistro, Cheryl Mydland and Kathleen Connolly, pose with their Bandera County Chamber of Commerce plaque, signifying their new membership. The awarded plaque and ceremonial cutting of a red ribbon, took place at the restaurant, located at 1211 Cottonwood, in Bandera. A re-tooled menu by the new owners features salad and sandwiches with names like The Josh, The Moby and The Guido.
