RE: NO WAY THROUGH
Editor’s Note: The following letter is a response to a letter published in the Nov. 30 issue of the Bulletin.
In response to Mr. Gabe Hardlough's Article of Nov. 30th in the Bandera Bulletin “No Way Through' , He forgot to mention which Jury in which Court of Law in the United States found President Trump guilty of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. I am sure all your readers would appreciate him sharing that information. Maybe, it's just his personal opinion?
I was also wondering if he might have insight of why a Special Counsel is needed to gather evidence on Mr. Trumps wrong doings if over-whelming incriminating evidence was found at Mar a Largo?
Also, state officials who served in the Confederacy could serve in public office if by a supermajority vote of each chamber of Congress they decided to remove such disability.
Robert E. Lee and Jefferson Davis lost their Citizenship.
Carter restored Davis's in 1976 and while he was still President in 1978, Congress resorted Roberts E. Lee's.
