BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENT

Cecelia Katherine Monier was born July 15, 2022, to Katherine and John Monier of Tarpley, Texas, at St. Luke’s Baptist Hospital in San Antonio. She weighed six pounds, six ounces and is 19.5 inches. Cecilia has a three-year-old brother, Frederick. Maternal Grandparents are Leanna and Jeff Basey and the late Donald Robbins. Paternal Grandparents are Gayle and Sue Monier. Katherine works at local H&R Block. John runs Monier and Son Water Well Svc in Tarpley. The Monier family has lived in Tarpley since 1911.
