Congressman Chip Roy announced he will seek reelection to the House of Representatives representing Texas’s 21st District.
“I’m running for re-election to stop Joe Biden from destroying this country. America is under assault on every front. We must stand for America, stand for Texas, preserve our God-given rights, and secure the border, so that we may once again enjoy the blessings of liberty and leave for our children a country that is strong, proud and free.”
Since his first day in the House of Representatives, Chip has been focused on fighting Democrats’ radical, America-last agenda while holding his fellow Republicans accountable in that fight. “Just being Republican and saying all the right buzzwords isn’t enough,” he explained. “America needs and deserves conservatives who will stand up and fight for her, have the courage to speak the truth, and not cave to the Biden Pelosi agenda.”
Rep. Roy is currently serving in his second term in Congress. He serves on the Judiciary Committee and Veterans Affairs Committee, Executive Board of the House Freedom Caucus, and was recently named Chair of the Republican Study Committee’s Healthcare Task Force.
