Commissioners to discuss road repairs

The Bandera County Commissioners Court will discuss county road repairs and maintenance and consider adding safety devices for Wharton’s Dock Road during their next meeting on Thursday, July 22.

The item was originally introduced during June 24’s meeting and has been carried over to Thursday’s meeting.

Additionally, Lacey Park Subdivision will request support to ask TxDOT to reduce the speed limit from the city limits of Bandera past the County Justice Center on Hwy 173 N and install a turn lane into the Lacey Park Subdivision.

Other items on the agenda include considering appointments to the county’s elections department, discussing the replacement of the boiler system at the Jail/Justice Center and requests to replat.
