FOOD SPOTLIGHT: MAC & ERNIE’S

This week’s food spotlight is the DDD Burger from Mac and Ernie’s Roadside Eatery in Tarpley. The 13-dollar burger, which was featured on Food Network’s “DDD Takeout” show with Guy Fieri. The burger features an eight-ounce New Zealand Red Der with blue cheese crumbles and balsamic glazed onions. The meat is sourced locally from the Broken Arrow Ranch in Ingram.
