Sheriff’s Arrests

From November 22-28, the following people were arrested:
Michelle Agee, 42, of Comfort, arrested November 22 by sheriff’s office (SO) for possession of a page one controlled substance less than one gram.
Randy Rhodes, 27, of Bandera, arrested November 22 by SO for a capias pro fine warrant, possession of marijuana less than two ounces, a failure to appear warrant and possession of a page one controlled substance less than one gram, released November 23.
John Arnet, 62, of Bandera, arrested November 23 by SO on two court orders.
Tawnia Movesesian, 55, of Bandera, arrested November 23 by So on a court order.
Matthew Ramirez, 32, of Lakehills, arrested November 23 by So for assault with bodily injury and failure to present ID.
Dylan Skinner, 23, of Pipe Creek, arrested for assault with bodily injury, released November 24.
Anthony Holzer, 34, of Pipe Creek, arrested November 24 by SO for a failure to appear warrant, three counts of failure to register as a sex offender, assault with bodily injury, possession of paraphernalia and a warrant.
Abelardo Garcia, 31, of Bandera, arrested November 24 by SO for murder.
Wyatt Moody, 25, of Bandera, arrested November 25 by BPD for assault with bodily injury, released November 26.
Alejandro Nino, 29, of Bandera, arrested November 28 by SO for evading arrest with a vehicle.
As of Monday, November 29, there were 65 inmates in the Bandera County Jail, three of which were contract inmates from Real County.
