Sheriff’s Arrests

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.
From March 7-13 the following people were arrested in Bandera County:
Terry Wiley, 37, of San Antonio, arrested Mach 21 by Bandera County Sheriff’s Office (SO) for driving with an invalid license and a failure to appear warrant, released March 22.
Oscar Dominguez, 58, of Kerrville, arrested March 21 by SO for criminal repassing and failure to appear.
Matthew Brawner, 34, of Medina, arrested by SO on a warrant from an outside agency, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, burglary of a habitation and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Philip Ezell, 19, of Ceader Lake, was housed for Real County, released March 25.
Ruben Rodriguez, 39, of Lakehills, arrested by SO on a warrant from an outside agency and failure to ID.
Lantz Hopkins, 26, of San Antonio, arrested March 23 by SO on two motion to revoke parole warrans.
Brian McMillan, 44, of Hondo, arrested March 23 by THP on a warrant form an outside agency, released March 24.
Alan Barnes, 56, of Live Better, arrested March 25 by THP for second-offense DWI and a fictitious license plate, released March 25.
Donathan Bishop, 25, of Bandera, arrested March 25 by BPD for possession of a controlled substance between four grams and 200 grams, three traffic warrants and a failure to appear warrant.
Bradley Sutton, 52, of Palestine, arrested March 25 by SO for public intoxication, released March 26.
Deborah Rojas, 44, of Lakehills, arrested March 26 by SO for criminal trespassing, released March 26.
Jason Sanchez, 29, of Lakehills, arrested March 26 by SO for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Timothy Zeller, 38, of Bandera, arrested by SO for evading arrest, resisting arrest, possession marijuana less than two ounces, two failure to appear warrants, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, off-bond warrant, theft between $500 and $5,000.
As of Monday, March 28, there were 72 inmates in the Bandera County Jail, two of which were from Real County.
