Sheriff’s Arrests

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.
From March 29 to April 3, the following people were arrested in Bandera County:
Jordan Johnson, 30, of Pipe Creek, arrested March 29 by Bandera County Sheriff’s Office (SO) for assault with bodily injury, released March 29.
Robert Brawner, 38, of Bandera, arrested March 29 by SO for forgery of a government institution and four counts of aggravted sexual assault with serious bodily injury.
Adrian Guillen, 20, of Lakehills, arrested March 30 by SO for captial murder, an FBP detainer and possession of controlled substance between four and 200 grams.
Jim Lara, 48, of San Antonio, arrested March 30 by SO for an open container, three failure to appear warrants and criminal trespassing.
Patsy Martin, 50, of Aresia, arrested March 31 by SO for possession of marijuana less than two ounces and possession of a page one controlled substance less than one gram.
David Burke, Homeless, arrested March 31 by Texas Highway Patrol for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and failure to present ID.
Bobby Smith, 54, of Bandera, arrested March 31 by SO for manufacturing/delivery of a page one controlled substance between four and 200 grams.
Maggie Ross, 41, of Lakehills, arrested March 31 by SO on two counts of possession of a page one controlled substance less than one gram and possession of a dangerous drug, released April 2.
Colby Carrier, 20, of Edna, arrested April 2 by BPD on a warrant from an outside agency.
Andrew Hall, 25, of Gatesville, arrested April 2 by BPD for public intoxication, released April 2.
Jeffery Siebels, 41, of Bandera, arrested March 2 by BPD on a capias pro fine warrant and for public intoxication.
George Schachle, 38, of Bandera, arrested April 3 by SO for evading arrest and on a warrant from an outside agency.
As of Monday, April 4, there were 76 total inmates in the Bandera County Jail, two of which were contract inmates from Real County.
