Sheriff’s Arrests

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

From July 12-13, the following people were arrested in Bandera County:

Genaro Reyes, 40, of Bandera, arrested July 12 by So for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, deadly conduct with a firearm, and unlawful possession.

Frank Davenport, 29, of Lakehills, arrested July 13 by SO for public intoxication, released July 13.

Jon Thompson, 46, Lakehills, arrested July 13 by SO for public intoxication, four traffic warrants and a capias pro fine warrant, released July 17.

Amy Ponsioen, 44, of Bandera, arrested July 13 by SO for manufacturing/delivery of a page one controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Brandon Saunders, 35, of Bandera, arrested July 13 by SO on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and a blue warrant.

Justin Harrell, 40, of Hondo, arrested July 13 by SO for theft of service and failure to appear.

Jacob Frahm, 37, of Bandera, arrested July 13 by BPD for failure to present ID, resisting arrest and or two warrants from an outside agency.

Christopher Martin, 28, of San Antonio, arrested July 14 by SO for assault with bodily injury.

Christopher Gregory, 39, of San Antonio, arrested

July 14 by SO for fictitious/ altered vehicle registration, unlawful possession, felony theft and burglary.

Deborah Rojas, 44, of Lakehills, arrested July 14 by SO for harassment and criminal mischief.

William Bittner III, 40, of New Braunfels, arrested July 15 by SO for abandoning/endangering a child and for an FBP detainer.

Connor Valenzuela, 23, of Boerne, arrested July 15 by SO on two motion to revoke parole felony warrants.

Leonard Bonenberger, 43, of Lakehills, arrested July 15 by SO for motion to revoke parole warrant and evading arrest with a vehicle.

Steven Kollra, 62, of Bandera, arrested July 15 by SO for assault with bodily injury, released July 17.

Thomas Brymer, 46, of Lakehills, arrested July 15 by SO for unlawful possession, released July 16.

Leanne Hernandez, 55, of Bandera, arrested July 15 by SO for interfering with a public servant, released July 17.

Nathan Spencer, 22,of Bandera, arrested July 16 by SO for public intoxication, releaed July 16.

Crystal Giaccone, 44, of Bandera, arrested July 16 by SO for a warrant from an outside agency and injury to elderly.

Shannon Moiraw, 52, of Lakehills, arrested July 16 by SO for three traffic warrants and a violation of parole warrant.

Kevin Jones, 38, of Weatherford, arrested July 17 by BPD for public intoxication.
