Sheriff’s Arrests

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW–TexasParksand Wildlife.

Daniel Starks, 51, of Lakehills, arrest Oct. 4 by SO for unlawful carrying, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, second-offense DWI and driving with an expired license, released Oct. 6 Jennifer Beckham, 37, of Medina, arrested Oct. 4 by SO for first-offense DWI, released Oct. 4.

Patrick O’neal, 33, of Nixon, was housed for Real.

Jessie New, 76. Of Lakehills, arrested Oct. 4 by SO for felony theft, released October 5.

Jeffrey Stienmetz, 46, of Lakehills, arrested Oct. 4 by So on a warrant from an outside agency, released Oct. 6.

Michael Brode, 34, of Bandera, arrested Oct. 5 by SO fo possession of a controlled substance.

Tommie Heinen, 54, of Bandera, arrested Oct. 6 by SO for a violation of parole warrant.

Joseph Castleberry, 53, of Bandera, arrested by BPD for a failure to appear warrant, traffic offense and no liability insurance, released Oct. 7.

James Ard, 37, of Floresville, was housed for Real County on Oct. 7.

Nicholas Silva, 17, of Pipe Creek, arrested Oct. 7 by SO for assault with bodily injury, released Oct. 8.

Robert Barrera, 38, of San Antonio, arrested Oct 8 by So for public intoxication, released Oct. 9.

Misty McIntyre, 28, of Bandera, arrested Oct. 10 by SO for public intoxication and resisting arrest, released Oct 10.

Jose Duarte-Zuniga, 36, of San Antonio, arrested Oct. 10 by BPD for first-offense DWI, released Oct 11.

Haley Ramby, 30, of San Antonio, arrested Oct. 11 by SO for public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a dangerous drug, released Oct. 13.

Sativa Rasmussen, 48, of Pipe Creek, arrested Oct. 11 by BPD on a warrant from outside agency, released Oct. 12.

Sloan Baker, 50, of Tarpley, arrested Oct. 12 by SO arrested on a warrant from an outside agency and a motion to revoke parole warrant, released Oct. 12.

Melanie Warden, 38, of Lakehills, arrested Oct. 12 by So for a violation, released Oct. 12.

Isaias Ortega, 37, of Bandera, arrested Oct. 12 for three traffic warrants and possession of a controlled substance, released Oct. 15.

Deborah Rojas, 45, of Lakehills, arrested oct. 14 by SO for stalking. Steven Martinez, 27, of San Antonio, arrested oct. 16 for first-offense DWI, released Oct. 16. Joshua Shelton, 28, of Pipe Creek, arrested Oct. 16 by SO for criminal mischief.

Warren Giles, 37, of Lakehills, arrested Oct. 17 by SO for possession of a controlled substance and tampering/fabricating evidence.

Claudia Perez Snowden, 46, of Pipe Creek, arrested Oct. 17 for assault with bodily injury, released Oct. 18.

Shaun Sands, 34, of Bandera, arrested Oct. 17 by SO for two motion to revoke parole felon warrants and a violation of parole warrant.

Levi Stevens, 31, of Bandera, arrested Oct. 17 by SO for public intoxication, released Oct. 18.

Timothy Zeller, 39, of Bandera, arrested Oct. 18 by SO for failure to appear and theft, released Oct. 20.

Mary Lucy Manzo, 50, of San Antonio, arrested Oct. 19 for 12 failure to appear warrants and four counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Tammie Goodwin, 56, of Lakehills, arrested Oct. 19 by SO for possession of a controlled substance, released Oct. 20.

Lucas Ivy, 39, of Lakehills, arrested Oct 21 by SO for three counts of sexual assault, released Oct 22.

Amanda Karry, 31, of Frisco, arrested Oct 24 by BPD for public intoxication.
