WATER TOWER NEARING COMPLETION

Rehabilitation construction on the Dallas Street’s elevated water storage tank nears completion, with crew workers weld and sand seams. “We are excited about the progress made on the new elevated water tank,” said City Manager William Cox, who added the next step is to build the structure for housing and protecting pumps. “It is my understanding that the painting will be later in November, but I will need to check with the Public Works Director to confirm. The project is on its way to completion and staff is extremely happy with the progression.”
