Wednesday, Feb. 26 The Bandera County River Authority and Groundwater District will host a workshop in Utopia at 10 a.m. examining the ongoing work on an early flood warning system that the district, the U.S. Geological Survey and other partner agencies are implementing along the Sabinal River and a workshop at 2 p.m. in the Community Room at the Bandera Electric Cooperative headquarters showing the public how it can access and use the flood warning system that already has been implemented for the Medina River.
