The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension service is offering free online sessions on ways to plan healthy meals, save money at the grocery store and learn the best ways to store food to make it last longer.
A news release about the online training provided by the Bandera County office of the extension service earlier this month said the sessions already are available for anyone to join and can be completed at the participant’s own schedule.
The courses also help show participants how they can reduce stress through meal planning and physical activity.
Those interested can register for the training at AgriLifeLearn.tamu.edu.
