The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and its 28 local Workforce Boards will host the 9th annual Hiring Red, White and You statewide hiring event for veterans on Thursday, November 5, in order to connect veterans and their spouses who are seeking work with over 150 veteran-friendly employers and organizations. The TWC Alamo Workforce Board, which services 13 counties including Bandera, will hold their hiring event virtually from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The event is open to the public, but priority service will be given to veterans until noon.
