There was no deafening roar from a giant rocket at Bandera Middle School (BMS) on Thursday night, Nov. 12, but the excitement, pride, learning, and fun was out of this world.
The Space Night event showcased space-related projects of BMS and Bandera Elementary School students who competed for a chance to fly their project on the International Space Station.
The night was presented as part of the national Student Spaceflight Experiments Program (SSEP).
