The Bulldog varsity basketball team took on a powerful opponent to start the 2020 season at home on Tuesday, Nov. 17, and gave the Medina Valley Panthers everything they could handle for three and a half quarters before running out of gas down the stretch to lose the game 65-46.
Bandera and the Panthers were tied at 24 points each at halftime thanks to a strong start from junior Liam DeMarchi, who had eight points through the first two quarters.
