As new residence of Bandera County we were quite alarmed by the Nov 11th list of tax foreclosures. When we opened our 1st land tax bill we could see why so many people are struggling. Coming from Northern California we NEVER expected our land tax percentage to be higher. Just the ISD tax percentage alone exceeds California property taxes!!
