Elaine Marie Palmer graduated from the Christian Women’s Job Corps of Bandera County on April 5 in the Youth Building of the First Baptist Church of Bandera.
Palmer wore her cap and gown with obvious joy. When asked to say a few words, she expressed gratitude to God and to the Job Corps for giving her the skills she needed to get her job. She said she now has hope for the future.
