We had a good year, although few in numbers. The team only had 5 Jr. High athletes participate; Ben Hinds, Charles Baker, Nick Lichtenberg, Ella Castillo, and Taylor Guadarama. In JH we had meets at Leakey, Sabinal, Utopia, Uvalde, and OLH. We won 50 percent of our matches, which I believe is very good considering my kids hardly ever came off of the court. Noted JH players were Charles Baker, Nick Lichtenberg, and Ella Castillo. Taylor Guadarama improved dramatically toward the end of the season despite having an injured wrist.
