The Lakehills Area Library will put on a book sale on Saturday, Oct. 5, with plans to offer patrons special deals on all the items available at the sale. The library’s book barn will be open during the sale, which raises money to benefit library operations. The sale will be held from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. On Monday, Oct. 7, the library’s Evening Book Club will meet to discuss “The Paper Wife” by Lila Ibraham.
