THUMBS UP FOR BLOOD

Appointments are available to donate on September 25 and November 20 at Silver Sage and December 16 at Lakehills. Go to donor.southtexasblood.org/ donor or call 210-731-5555 to schedule an appointment. Donating just one unit of blood may save the lives of up to three people. Donating blood may be life-saving for the recipient, but also for the donor. Each person who donates blood completes a simple physical examination, review of health history and blood test before giving blood.
