The Medina girls’ cross country team placed second in the district cross country race held at the Arms of Hope on Monday, Oct. 14, qualifying the team to compete in regionals on Oct. 28, officials said. The men’s cross country team placed just out of the ranking needed to move on to regionals with a fourth-place finish, while both the JV men and girls’ teams came in first in their competitions.
