The Bandera High School Lady Bulldogs Cross Country team finished in second place at the UIL 4A Region IV Cross Country Meet in Corpus Christi on Monday, Oct. 28, Bandera Independent School District officials reported.
That finish was good enough to qualify the Lady Bulldogs for the UIL state cross country meet, which will be held Nov. 9 in Round Rock.
Individual finishes for the team at the meet were not available at press time for the Bulletin.
Earlier in October, the Bandera Varsity Boys and Junior Varsity Boys Cross Country teams competed at the District 28-4A meet in Llano.
