Sheriff’s Arrests

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/ Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.
From May 9-22, the following people were arrested in Bandera County:
John Meier, 27, of Bandera, was arrested by the Bandera County Sheriff’s Office (SO) on a capias pro fine warrant, released May 10.
Patricio Diaz, 37, of San Antonio, arrested May 11 by SO for aggravated sexual assault.
James Crabb, 24, of Bandera, arrested may 12 by BPD on four counts of credit card abuse, released May 13.
Michael Smith, 27, of Corpus Christi, arrested May 12 by SO on two warrants from an outside agency.
Alexa Sanchez, 28, of Lakehills, arrested May 13 by SO for assaulting a public servant, released May 13.
William Smith, 57, of Lakehills, arrested May 14 by SO for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of paraphernalia.
Charles Parrack, 37, of Bandera, arrested May 15 by SO on a fugitive warrant.
Maggie Ross, 42, of Lakehills, arrested May 16 by SO for public intoxication, unlawful carrying, possession of a page one controlled substance less than one gram and two motion to revoke parole felony warrants.
Jeremy Moore, 42, of Bandera, arrested May 16 by SO on a warrant from an outside agency, released May 18.
Melanie Warden,37, of Lakehills, arrested May 16 by SO for failure to appear, paraphernalia possession, open container, a capias pro fine warrant, possession of a controlled substance between our and 200 grams and two counts of gambling, released May 17.
Monica Ruiz, 41, of San Antonio, arrested May 16 by So on a warrant from an outside agency.
Anita Guerra, 59, of Austin, arrested May 17 by SO for injury to a child, released May 19.
Rachel Lane, 27, of Helotes, arrested May 17 for possession of a controlled substance between one and four grams, released May 18.
Wendy Broyles, 56, of San Antonio, arrested May 17 by THP for first-offense DUI, released May18.
Glenn Rostad, 39, of Bandera, arrested May 18 by BPD for assault with bodily injury and for three failure to appear warrants.
Houston Howell, 36, of San Antonio, was housed for Real County on May 17.
Zachary Adams, 23, of Bandera, arrested May 19 by SO on two traffic warrants.
Amity Latimer-Maxwell, 40, of Bandera, arrested May 19 by HP for first-offense DWI and two counts of abandoning/endangering a child – criminal negligence, released May 20.
Colton Capps, 32, of Pipe Creek, arrested May 20 by SO for assault with bodily injury, released May 21.
Sergio Flores, 22, of Bandera, arrested Mya 23 by SO on a warrant from an outside agency.
Christopher Winningham, 39, of Lakehills, released May 23 by SO for public intoxication, resisting arrest and retaliation.
