The oil and gas industry knew it would happen.

In 1959, more than 300 top oil and gas executives in New York City at a symposium called “Energy and Man” to celebrate the centennial of the American oil industry were told it about it.

A top nuclear scientist - Edward Teller – warned them carbon dioxide emissions would make dangerous changes in the world’s climate.

They spent millions over the next 63 years debunking scientific warnings about it so they could make money.

Today, kids can’t play outside in the summer time and animals are dying. But making money is still more important. So get ready for more extreme heat, drought and wildfires to get worse, faster. As predicted.
