NAGEL NAMES SHEPARD DIRECTOR EMERITUS

The Arthur Nagel Community Clinic’s Board of Directors recently bestowed its first Director Emeritus position to Barbara M. Shepard. As president for the past six years, Shepard has overseen the largest expansion of the organization’s budget and programming in its 15-year history. Shepard will remain an active director while passing the gavel to newly elected president, Lloyd Norris.

Other newly elected officers include Mike Mulherin as Vice President, Vonnie Jackson as Secretary, and James Wilson returning as Treasurer. All were elected at the board’s annual meeting on Jan. 26.
