A Bandera County artist works are currently on display at the Palmetto Center for the Arts at Northwest Vista College in San Antonio and will remain on display through Dec. 14. The artist is William Keith, who lives in the Pipe Creek area. He has been a professor of art at Northwest Vista College for 17 years. Two aspects of Keith’s art set him apart from many others.
