BEC election opens
The Bandera Electric Cooperative election opened July 17 and will be open through August 11 at 11:00 a.m.
Each member is entitled to vote for one candidate from each district.
Results will be announced at the Annual Meeting on Saturday, August 12, at Ridin’ the River Cowboy Fellowship, 5767 Hwy 173 N in Bandera.
Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. for registration, and the meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.
Any member who attends the Annual Meeting in person will be eligible to win a prize.
For those who cannot attend in person, livestreaming will be available via Facebook or YouTube. myBEC users can cast their vote in the app or online by logging into their myBEC account and clicking on the Vote Now button.
If you prefer to vote by mail, your paper ballot will arrive in the mail the week of July 17, 2023.
