Longtime Sabinal ISD superintendent Richard Grill has announced his plans to retire after submitting his resignation to the board of trustees on Jan. 9.Grill, who still lives in Bandera, spent four years as Assistant Superintendent of Bandera ISD.“Over the past 41 years, I have had the privilege of serving in various capacities within the field of public education.
