The Bandera County Retired Teachers Association (BCRTA) will hold its annual Scholarship Fund Spirit Night on Wednesday, Oct. 16, from 4 to 8 p.m. at The Dough Joe, 702 Main Street.The event will feature a variety of pizza options available for dine-in or takeout, as well as a bake sale with treats from local bakers, offered by donation.Proceeds from the event will go toward scholarships for Bandera High School and Medina High School seniors pursuing a degree in education.In past years, the BCRTA has awarded scholarships to local students including Patrick Lasiter, Nicolas Stricker, Melanny Rodriguez, Amberley Patterson, Samantha Reyna,
