The San Antonio Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals will recognize Celia Belt, the co-founder of the Bandera-based charity called the Moonlight Fund, as its Outstanding Philanthropist at a Feb. 14 awards luncheon, the association has announced. Belt set up the Moonlight Fund to provide financial and emotional assistance to burn victims, many of them military veterans, and their families.
