The Texas Hill Country Nurses Honor Guard will hold its next meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 8, at 6 p.m.
The meeting will take place at Unity of the Hills, located at 1016 Jefferson Street in Kerrville.
The Honor Guard is open to all licensed nurses, both active and retired, as well as nursing students enrolled in accredited programs.
The organization’s mission is to honor nurses by providing services at funerals or memorials, or offering a Living Tribute at the end of life, delivered at the nurse’s home, bedside, or another location chosen by the individual and their family.
