The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in Bandera County will hold a “Jammin Into Fall” workshop on Oct. 10 at Mansfield Park Rec Hall, 2886 Hwy 16 North.
The workshop will begin at 9 a.m. and focus on teaching participants the basics of home canning, along with an introduction to sausage making.
The class is limited to 12 participants, with a fee of $35 per person.
Those interested are encouraged to reserve their spot by calling the Bandera County Extension Office at 830-796-7755 before the Oct. 4 registration deadline.
