Applicants need a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent). Applications must be completed by January 31, including references submitted through the application system.
To honor Ms. Anderson’s commitment to community service, applicants are asked to include a personal statement about their humanitarian or volunteer Pennsylvania metropolitan area, though study in Philadelphia is not required. While the scholarship is not automatically renewable, recipients may reapply for up to four years.
