BOBCAT VOLLEYBALL ENDS, FOOTBALL CONTINUES
Courtesy Photos The Medina Bobcats secured a spot in the Texas 6-Man Football Playoffs after Menard’s win over Eden on Friday, November 8, granting Medina the District Runner-Up title. The Bobcats will face Prairie Lea in the Bi-District round at San Marcos Academy on Friday, November 15, at 7:30 p.m.

In volleyball, the Lady Cats ended their season in the Area Championship, falling to McMullen County before a supportive Medina crowd. “These girls left everything they had on that court,” Medina ISD Superintendent Lindsey Kunz said. “I couldn’t be more proud and am grateful for the community’s support.” The Lady Cats finished with a stellar 30-6 record, securing the Bi-District Championship—their first in nine years—by defeating Austwell- Tivoli on November 4.
