Nagel clinic receives $50k grant

“ENABLE US TO EXPAND OUR SERVICES AND REACH EVEN MORE WOMEN WHO NEED VITAL CARE”

- Chuck Lutke, Executive Director of the Arthur Nagel Community Clinic

The Arthur Nagel Community Clinic recently announced their reception of a $50,000 grant from the Kate Marmion Charitable Foundation.

This funding will support the Clinic’s heralded Well-Woman Program, which provides essential health care services to uninsured women in Bandera County.

The Well-Woman Program, directed by Dr. Sandra Haldeman, GYN, offers comprehensive care, including preventive screenings, health education, and treatment tailored to women’s needs.

A press release from the clinic said the program has had a great impact on women’s health outcomes by addressing critical gaps in healthcare access for rural, underserved populations.

“We are incredibly grateful to the Kate Marmion Charitable Foundation for their commitment to improving health and wellness in our community,” said Chuck Lutke, Executive Director of the Arthur Nagel Community Clinic. “This funding will enable us to expand our services and reach even more women who need vital care.”
