The Carlson Law Firm has officially opened applications for its annual Carlson Cares Scholarships, offering two $2,500 scholarships to graduating Texas high school seniors pursuing higher education in the 2025-2026 academic year.
The scholarship is open to Texas high school seniors graduating in the 2024-2025 school year who plan to attend a Texas university or college.
To apply, students must complete the following steps:
• Submit an online application at carlsonattorneys.com/ scholarship.
• Provide proof of enrollment in a Texas college or university.
• Include an unofficial transcript.
• Submit a 300-500 word essay or a 2-3 minute video responding to the prompt:
• How have you demonstrated compassion and care in your life, and how will you carry these values forward?
• Optional: Letters of recommendation.
Applications are open from January 13 to April 17, 2025. Winners will be notified by email on April 22, with announcements shared on The Carlson Law Firm’s social media and through local news outlets. Scholarship funds will be sent directly to the winners’ schools to cover tuition and educational expenses.
