Ask Yourself

DONALD TRUMP WENT BANKRUPT 6 TIMES.

If he can’t run a business, how can he run America?

He built his reputation as a highly successful business man on a TV show called The Apprentice from 2004 to 2017. It wasn’t true.

In the 1980s, Donald Trump owned casinos, hotels, an airline and a 282 foot yacht. He lost them all. By June 1990, he “was unable to make loan payments on $54 billion in his outstanding debts,” according to the American Bankruptcy Institute. In 2022 , according to NPR - and countless TV networks and newspapers - the Trump Organization, was found guilty of 17 counts of criminal tax fraud. In 2023, NBC News reported Trump’s business was ordered to pay a $1.6 million fine for running that 15 year tax fraud scheme.

WHAT ABOUT TRUMP’S CRIMES?

How can a criminal represent America as a “shining city on a hill”….”where your light shines before men in such a way that they may see your good works….” Matthew 5:14-16 New American Standard Bible In 2018, a judge ordered Trump to pay 6,000 Trump University students $25 million dollars for cheating them. How did he do that? He promised he would teach them how to make millions in real estate.

In 2019, a court ordered Trump to pay eight charities $250,000 each for “illegally using” donations to his charity foundation. Under the order he was “required to agree to 19 admissions of misusing the money “for his own political gain.”

In 2023, Donald Trump was found guilty of sexual abuse of E. Jean Carroll. The court ordered him to pay her $5 million dollars.

In 2024, a court ordered Trump to pay E. Jean Carroll $83.3 million dollars for defaming her during his first term in office.

In 2024, Trump was convicted on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in a hush money trial. He needed to shut up Stormy Daniels, a well-known porn star he had sex with. He paid her $130,000 to cover it up and was convicted of lying about it.

TRUMP’S LAST BIG FRAUD Trump insists he won the election for a second term by a landslide. No, he only beat Kamala Harris by 1.5 percentage points of the national popular vote, “the smallest of any president who secured a popu-lar vote win since Richard Nixon in 1968.”

TRUMP’S CAREER The AP sums it up like this: Trump has lasted through “….two impeachments, allegations of sexual abuse, investigations into everything from potential ties to Russia to plotting to overturn an election, and personally salacious storylines, including the emergence of a recording in which he boasted about grabbing women’s genitals.”

How in God’s name did we end up with a convicted criminal in the White House?

If we can save the Department of Education from being destroyed by Trump, like other federal agencies he’s attacked, maybe the next generation of voters won’t like being screwed.
