The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service of Bandera County will host a Strawberry Jam Class at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday March 19, 2025, at Mansfield Park Rec Hall, 2886 Hwy 16 North, Bandera, TX.
Participants will learn the basics of home canning, food safety and preparing their own jam.
The three-hour class is limited to 12 participants, and the cost is $25.
