The annual Ham Rodeo sponsored by the Bandera Wranglers took place at Mansfield Park on a very windy Saturday afternoon on March 15.

The event celebrated its 25th anniversary this year.

Over 200 guests came out to watch the fun as kids and adults wrestled with wily feral hog piglets.

The younger kids scrambled to touch the piglets to win prizes.

Older contestants caught and bagged the larger stoats to win prizes with their times.

Several vendors braved the gusty winds to purvey Ham Rodeo souvenirs.

Among the most popular being small piglet backpacks and pink pig snouts.

As the audience filed into the arena, ham wranglers got the piglets all ready for their entrance into the ring.

One wrangler even cuddled a piglet to calm him.

The crowd had a good time watching the show and the Wranglers profited.

The Bandera Wrangler is a non-profit which raises money for charities in Bandera County.
