The Medina FFA wool judging team braved a dramatic shift in Texas weather during a multi-day competition tour that began in 90-degree heat and ended in snow. The team traveled from South Texas to Lubbock between Wednesday, April 2, and Saturday, April 5, competing in several high-level invitational events. At the South Texas Invitational, the team earned a third-place finish, with two students placing in the top 10 individually. Hallie Kunz placed 4th and Davis Peterson placed 6th. The team also competed at the Angelo State University Invitational, finishing 15th out of 70 teams. They went on to earn 14th place out of 55 teams at the Texas Tech Invitational in Lubbock.
