I am asking for your support and vote for the privilege to support and work for you as the Precinct 1 County Commissioner in issues that will enhance and make our home a place, we all can be proud to raise a family.

I am a local boy, Combat Veteran, Christian, Husband, Father and 100% Patriot. I was raised in Bandera County, active in FFA and Rodeo in school, graduating in 1992 From Bandera High School. After graduation I married my wife, Karen. We have been married for 30 years and have two children and four Grandchildren. I enlisted into the U.S. Army in 1996 and in 1999 volunteered for Special Forces Selection and was selected, I attended Special Operation Warfare Center and school. After completing the Qualification course and earning my Green Beret and the Military Occupational Specialty of Special Forces Engineer, I was assigned to 1st Special Forces Group where I had multiple deployments to Iraq and throughout Pacific Command. I served 22 years retiring as a Master Sergeant and serving as an Operation Detachment-Alpha Team Sergeant specializing in Military Freefall Operation. After retiring, I dedicated three years to supporting the healing and recovery of warriors with the mission of bringing them home, as the Operation Director at Warriors Heart Treatment Center here in Bandera, TX. Supporting active-duty Military, Veterans, Police Officers, and First Responders. I have worked with Texas State Certification Boards, Emergency Management Agencies, and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for maintaining certification and State requirements. I care about Bandera and preserving its history while still bring the County into the 21st Century. My wife and I produce “Riding on Faith Rodeo” in Bandera, to provide a family orientated environment for locals and visitors to enjoy the Cowboy Way of Life. Also, I am actively involved in the community and my Church family at Ridin’ the River Cowboy Fellowship. I currently work for Bandera County as the manager of Mansfield Park.
