Estela Avery will be the keynote speaker at the Nagel Clinic’s Bunny Run Kickoff Luncheon to be held at noon on Friday, April 5 in the Events Center of the Village of Hope at 1116 12th St. in Bandera.

Currently Board Member of the National Parks Conservation Association and president of the Board of The Grace Center in Fredericksburg, Avery is a noted Hill Country philanthropist, retired Registered Nurse, former Executive Director of the San Antonio River Foundation.
She is also an inspiration to her nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren through her marriage to the late jewelry designer James Avery. The Bunny Run Kickoff Luncheon will aim to shine a spotlight on the special services the Nagel Clinic provides to low-income families and individuals across Bandera County.
All proceeds from the Kickoff Luncheon and the Bunny Run 5K one week later on April 15 will support referrals of patients to area specialists such as cardiology, oncology, gastroenterology, etc. who partner with the Clinic to provide expert professional care at a discounted rate.
