Sheriff’s Arrests

In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff ’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/ Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

Kenya Marshall, 32 of San Antonio, arrested May 26 by Kendall County Sheriff for injury to a child and assault with bodily injury.

Daniel Espinosa, 36 of San Antonio, arrested May 27 by SO for Assault with bodily injury, released May 27.

Christopher Jensen, 58 of Rio Frio, was housed for Real Country on May 28.

Stacey Cross, 53 of Lakehills, was arrested May 29 by SO for a third-offense DWI, tampering with and fabricating evidence, and driving while license is invalid, released May 30.

Damian Gonzales, 20 of San Antonio, was arrested May 31 by SO for organized criminal activity, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, theft of a firearm and five detainers.

Bryan Pena, 36 of San Antonio, was arrested May 31 by SO on two warrants from an outside agency, and a blue warrant.

Carissa Brodsky-Moran, 37 of Bandera, was arrested May 31 by SO for hindering apprehension or prosecution, released June 1.

David Berryhill, 58, of Bandera, was arrested June 4, by SO for indecent assautlt, released June 4.

Randi Metz, 25, of Pipe Creek, arrested June 4 by SO for violation of parole warrant and assault with bodily injury.

Peyton Casas, 22, of Pipe Creek, arrested June 5 on three warrants from an outside agency, released June 5.

Justin Jackson, 41, of Canyon Lake, arrested June 5 by SO for motion to revoke parole.

Dalton Williams, 34, of Center Point, was arrested June 7 by SO on four counts of debit card abuse and a warrant from an outside agency.

Marshall Harris, 38, of Bandera, arrested June 8 by SO for third-offense DWI.
