In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff ’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

Benito Kelly-Giles, 18 of Bandera, arrested July 15 by SO, for possession of a controlled substance, released July 15.

Kristyn Phillips, 26 of Poteet, arrested July 16 by SO on an outside agency warrant, released July 17.

Amber Winans, 33 of Bandera, arrested July 16 by SO on a court order.

Guillermo Castellanos, 62 of Bandera, arrested July 16 by THP for injury to a disabled person, released July 17.

Alfredo Vallejo, 33 of Bandera, arrested July 17 by S for theft between $1500 and $20000, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Larry Larsen, 22 of Pipe Creek, arrested July 17 by SO for possession of under one gram of a controlled substance, theft of between $50 and $500, and a failure to appear warrant. Matthew Esters, 39 of Lakehills, arrested July 18 by THP on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and on a failure to appear warrant.

Chad Brooks, 58 of Lakehills, arrested July 18 by SO for a third-offense DWI.

William Smith, 40 of Bandera, arrested July 20 by DPS on an outside agency warrant.
