In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

Stephen Lovelace, 36 of San Antonio, arrested July 29 by SO for a false alarm or report.

John Capocy, 57 of Pipe Creek, arrested July 30 by SO for aggravated sexual assault.

Joshua Hawkins, 39 of Lakehills, arrested Aug. 2 by SO for public intoxication, released Aug. 3.

James Fregia, 23 of Liberty, arrested Aug. 2 by BTM for public intoxication, released Aug. 3.

Randall McMahon, 61 of Pipe Creek, arrested Aug. 3 by SO for assault with bodily injury.

Malcom Knighten, 37 of Bandera, arrested Aug. 5 by SO for criminal trespass.
