In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff ’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/ Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

Rene Garcia, 20, of Castroville, arrested Aug. 19 by SO for motion to revoke parole warrant and two warrants from an outside agency, released Aug. 23.

Lisa Newman, 35, of Comstock, arrested Aug. 19 by SO for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Roy Martinez, 43, of Bandera, arrested Aug. 20 by SO for injuiry to a child and possessinon of a controlled substance.

Zachary Gass, 23, of Lakehills, arrested Aug. 20 by SO for two counts of assault with bodily injury.

Jim Cervantes, 23, of Pipe Creek, arrested Aug. 20 by SO for injury to elderly and evading arrest with a vehicle.

Amanda Feathers, 53, of Bandera, arrested Aug. 21 by SO for a warrant from an outside agency, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a page 1 controlled substance, driving without a license, no liability insurance and a failure to appear warrant.

Juan Fuente, 45, of Pipe Creek, arrested Aug. 22 by SO for two counts of driving with an invalid license and unlawful possession by a felon, released Aug. 23.

Victoria Batto, 30, of Bandera, arrested Aug. 22 by SO for possession of a controlled substance, released Aug. 24.

Marco Soto, 27, of Boerne, arrested Aug. 22 by SO for assault with bodily injury and two detainers, released Aug. 24.

William Morgan, 59, of Bandera, arrested Aug. 24 by SO for driving with an expired license, released Aug. 25.

Randy Wood, 61, of Bandera, arrested Aug. 24 by So for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Zachary Flake, 30, of Converse, arrested Aug. 24 by SO for evading arrest with a vehicle and unlawful carrying, released Aug. 25.
