- Kay Nelson, chairman of the Fall FestivalCooler temperatures are setting the stage for the 2024 Hill Country Master Gardeners Fall Festival, scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 26, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Texas A&M AgriLife office in Kerrville.The festival will feature classes at 10 a.m. on “Rainwater Management” and at 1 p.m. on “Tell Your Rainwater Where to Go.”Garden tours will be offered throughout the event, and certified Master Gardeners will be available to answer horticultural questions.Junior Master Gardeners and Kerr County 4H members will also share their fall gardening projects.
