Not everyone is able to celebrate their 90th birthday. Retired Airforce Master Chief Luis Estela was honored with a surprise party at the Bandera American Legion Post 157 on Saturday, October 26. Over 50 friends and family members gathered to join Chief Estela in celebrating thenotable milestone. Chaplain Chris Dion emceed the party.
